I called them on Thursday morning and they were willing to come out that day, it didn’t work schedule wise but 1st thing Friday morning they were out. Our furnace was making a noise the the guy that came out was very nice, drove out to get the part and was back within about an hour or so.
He did a general service, put in the new motor and was very nice and quick about things. Price wise, well what can I say; no one likes paying $700 on house things but I feel for the labor and part and service it is what it is. Can’t go without heat.

This is not the first time I’ve used C&G, however today is particularly noteworthy because it is 104 degrees, and of course, this is the day my AC decides to stop working. Within 90 minutes of calling C&G, Larry, who is extremely professional and through, was working on the problem, 2 and 1/2 hours from the time I initially called, my AC was working again. YIPPEE – thanks Larry and C&G for being so awesome all of the time.

We had a top notch team of installers on May 22, 2018. Scott, Noal, & Brad were professional, considerate, and extremely polite. We not only had a new AC & coil put in, but also a new register in our kitchen, at the recommendation of another company. They started the job about 745/8am and were finished by 230pm. I bought a Livingsocial deal for a furnace inspection/tune-up for $29 because my husband and I were just discussing having our furnace looked at. I checked the review, and since it was glowing, I thought I’d go for it.
I bought the deal 2 days ago and was able to make an appointment for 7:30am this morning. Talk about a quick turnaround! Larry arrived right away at 7:30am, did his thing, and was finished by 8:10am or so. He explained that everything looked good, but old, which we knew. He didn’t push us to replace anything right away, but did suggest we consider a replacement soon-ish since our unit is 21 years old already. Yikes! I appreciated his honesty and will do some research into when we should replace our unit. When we do, I’m sure I’ll be calling C&G.Kelly R.
